Two hundred calories is a lot.

And if that doesn’t make sense, l’ll explain.

I’ve been dieting for a little over two weeks now, and it’s been going really well.

Almost too well.

So I recently made the executive decision to increase my daily calorie intake by 200, and a couple things have happened:

First off, l’ve had more energy and more performance, but it does make a big difference in terms of the rate of progress.

And just for the sake of example, over the course of 90 days…

200 calories a day is about 18,000 calories, which is about the equivalent of five and a half pounds.

So what this means to me is I’m willing to give up that rate of weight loss progress in exchange for the boosting energy and workout performance.

Now for you, you’ll want to decide what’s most important for you:

Is it energy and performance?
