3 Big Reasons I Don’t Give Meal Plans To Clients
Getting a specific meal plan can be a very simple way to get in shape, because you don’t have to think about it.
You just eat what’s on the plan whether you like it or not, and since it’s very controlled you’re incredibly likely to get the desired result with enough time.
But there are 3 big reasons I don’t offer meal plans, and opt for another method instead.
1. Prescribing meal plans is a legal gray area
Even though most states in the US don’t have restrictions in place for giving nutritional advice, recommending a meal plan that’s perceived to treat obesity even if I don’t outright say that can potentially be a legal issue.
Even with health disclaimers on every page on my website.
In addition to that, there are a lot of other liabilities that come into play such as food allergies and blood panels that would have to be factored in to create a proper meal plan which is well above the service that I can offer remotely for the price that I do.
And for those reasons, I’m out.
