Getting sore from your workouts is one of those strange things where no one actually enjoys it, but at the same time…

They wear the soreness as some kind of badge of honor to get recognition of the hard work they put in the gym.

Now there’s nothing wrong with being proud of hitting the weights, but I’m here to bring you the good news:

A Good Workout Does NOT Require Soreness

There are a few reasons you get sore after hitting the weights, and fortunately they’re easily avoided.

And once you learn what I’m about to share, not only will you minimize soreness, but you might even be able to have better workouts because you’re not sore all the time.

On top of that, you’ll be way more likely to stick to the program long term, therefore resulting in more results.

It’s a win-win situation here.
