3 Ways To Force Muscle Growth
There’s more than one way to skin a potato as they say, and there’s more than one way to build muscle.
Some are better than others, and all three of the ways I’ll share below work well as long as you do them for long enough.
The raw truth about building muscle is it takes way longer than you’d like, but not as much effort as you might think.
In most cases, you don’t need to spend more than 30–45 minutes per workout to see some measurable results…
The catch?
It takes months and even years of doing smart workouts to get those results.
But when that time comes around?
It’ll be worth the effort when you look in the mirror.
Without further delay, here are the 3 ways you can force your muscles to grow:
1. Add weight or reps over time — This is my classic training method where you push hard to increase your reps up to a certain point, then add weight and do it again. It’s a very simple way to ensure progress and can absolutely pack on pounds of muscle over the years. The only issue with relying on this and nothing else is it will eventually get difficult to recover from. Nothing a deload week couldn’t fix though.
