3 Weird Cardio Hacks That Don’t Require The Gym

I’ve never been a big fan of going to the gym to do cardio, even when I attributed it to my initial success when I first got started on my fitness journey.

Since then, I’ve learned my daily cardio sessions had little to do with my progress and it was all about diet…

That doesn’t mean cardio wasn’t helpful, and of course it’s still a good idea to do.

It just doesn’t have to be done at the gym.

Fortunately, there are near countless other ways to increase your heart rate, improve blood flow, give you a better mental state, and assist in getting a fitter body.

Let’s talk about 3 unconventional cardio ideas that seem small but add up big:

1. Stop taking the easy route with everything

It’s crazy how convenient everything is these days, considering the fact that my wife and I haven’t stepped foot in a grocery store more than a handful of times in the last few years…

Yet we get groceries every week without fail and sometimes twice per week due to the power of delivery apps.

Despite that, we’ve still been able to clock in an untold number of miles this year which I’ll get into in an upcoming point.
