A Downside To Getting In Shape No One Talks About…

Everyone knows how important it is to get in shape, but very few people think about a potential downside I’m about to share…

Back before I dropped the fat and built any muscle, I was walking around at 196lbs and buying clothes was easy.

Did it have an L on the tag?

Then it probably fit alright.

Fast forward to today where I’m 165lbs…

Even though I look bigger and more muscular now at 165lbs than I did back then, some of my “small” shirts are still big on me.

(hence the current bulking phase to 175lbs)

But between then and now, I’ve had to buy entire new wardrobes a couple times depending on the stage I was at with my physique.

And depending on how many clothes you have, this can get expensive real quick considering suits, dress pants, etc.

However…

This downside to getting in shape is really an upside and a great excuse to go ahead and up your style at the same time.

Nothing like having a fit physique and fresh clothes and a haircut to match.

It makes you feel unstoppable.

But in order to get there…

You have to do the work.

Talk soon,
-Gabe
