Busy Dad’s Upper Body Workout For Strength And Muscle
Ever have one of those days where even the almighty black coffee (or really any coffee) doesn’t seem to do its job?
Today was one of those days over in Gabeland, which is apparently where I reside according to me right now.
I should probably sleep, but I would have a hard time doing so without posting my daily post here on this website.
Could I skip tonight’s post and write a better one tomorrow?
Yes.
Could I spend more time tonight to write a better post even if I miss my self-imposed deadline of 11:59pm EST?
Yes.
Will I do either of those things?
Not a chance.
And to be frank, I just wanted to share my latest video where I break down the first of 2 upper body workouts on my new routine and show you what I’m up to in order to gain strength, muscle, and hit my goals by March 1st.
After this first workout was done, it boosted my confidence in being able to do what I set out to do in a big way.
