The whole 6 week diet isn’t going to be easy…
But you know what is easy?
Focusing on the day at hand:
Last night, I took a few minutes in MyFitnessPal to plan my meals for the day so I didn’t have to spend a moment to think about what to eat.

2,031 calories
75g fat
195g carbs
139g protein
