Dieters Are Liars Because Of THIS
Having been in sales for years, there’s this old adage sales trainers and managers say that goes like this:
“Buyers are liars”
Without context it sounds kinda messed up, but it’s true.
I’ll explain:
Back in early 2019 when I was new to selling cars, I was helping a woman find her next vehicle.
I asked a bunch of questions to find the best choice from what we had available as I usually would, and found a good option in the price range she wanted to be in:
A gray 2014 Jeep Compass.
It had the key features she wanted, the price was good, and she seemed to enjoy the drive.
But when it came down to signing a deal, she wanted to leave to think it over because it seemed too expensive…
So I let the sales desk know, and they told me this:
“She’s in the wrong car”
Being new, I didn’t quite understand…
But after we pulled up a black 2016 Fiat 500x and she took it for a quick drive…
When we got to talking numbers, she said:
“I’ll take it!”
