Do You Even Need A Fitness Coach To Get Results?
In my clearly biased opinion, as a fitness coach myself, nearly anyone could benefit from hiring a fitness coach.
Whether it’s from the perspective of saving time, saving mental energy, or simply just getting the guidance and support that comes with it…
It can be a very time-efficient way to get fit and you’re more likely to take it seriously since you’re putting down your hard-earned money for it.
But do you even need a fitness coach to get results?
Nope, not at all.
(Is me saying this bad for business?)
In fact, there are a few cases where I’d probably recommend against hiring a coach.
For example:
If you have plenty of free time — Then it’s not a bad idea to just get a program to follow so you can learn the ins and outs at your own pace without spending nearly as much. This is how I got my start: I had nothing but time and very little funding, so I spent a lot of that free time digging deep into the world of fitness. The hours and hours I spent each week definitely paid off.
If you don’t have a deadline — If you’re in no rush to get results, then you can afford to spend more time figuring things out…
