Eat A Better Diet Easily By Doing THIS
Even though I’ve managed to get in the best shape of my life this year, I will admit my overall diet was lacking…
I’ve been eating way too much fast food and more ice cream than any one human should probably eat this year.
Sure, I track my calories and make sure I’m not eating too much so I can stay lean…
But there’s more to diet and nutrient intake than just calories.
So this past week, I re-introduced a change that made eating right so much easier:
And that change was simply planning ahead.
Here’s what I mean:
On Tuesday, I cooked over 2 pounds of 90/10 ground beef with no seasoning, and over half a pound of rice.
1kg and 240g respectively.
This way, I could split that into 4 servings each, add 3 slices of cheddar cheese, and add a serving of BBQ sauce for high protein, moderate carb, and moderate fat meals.
On top of that, I have my daily dose of 300g Greek yogurt with 30g maple syrup (and add rice based cereal if I have it).
As long as I have these 2 meals, I feel good and strong.
