You can absolutely eat like a normal person and still get steady results.
For example, I eat things like grilled cheese sandwiches, Five Guys hamburgers, ice cream cones, and all kinds of snacks that wouldn’t be on a typical diet.
And yet…
I’ve been able to keep the weight off for years and even reach my leanest state yet eating Arby’s and Panda Express while only being on point with my calories about 70% of the time.
