Tell anyone you’re cutting out carbs to lose weight and no one bats an eye…

But tell anyone you’re tracking your calories and everyone loses their mind.

Just make sure you don’t tell them about this diet shortcut I’m about to share, or they’ll think you’re really out there…

That is, until you use it to your supreme advantage every day and they’ll be asking how you did it 6 months from now.

Here’s the deal:

The big secret shortcut is simply using a food scale, and there are 2 strong reasons I do so.

1. It helps me keep my calories on point and…
2. It keeps my ingredient ratios spot on

Think about it this way…

A scoop of peanut butter can vary drastically from person to person and day to day.

That one serving could be anywhere from 50 to 400 calories depending on what you consider a scoop.

But 32g is 32g and is always 180–210 calories.

And 32g split between two English muffin halves is perfect if you ask me.

Without measuring, both the calories and flavor experience will vary every time.
