Fix THIS Part Of Your Diet First, Optimize Later

It’s easy to get caught up in the small details of your diet while completely ignoring the main issue.

What I mean by this is worrying about the type of oil your meal is cooked in because some Internet fitness expert making a scene in a grocery store said “seed oil bad”…

Instead of focusing on how much you’re eating across the day.

And I’m not saying to never worry about the nutritional content of your food, but it’s not going to matter too much if you’re eating so much you’re not making progress.

Here’s an example of what I mean:

Let’s say for the sake of this example, you need to eat 1,800 calories per day to lose 1 pound per week.

You cut out the evil seed oils, but across the day you ended up eating 2,432 calories which is pretty easy to do especially if you’re not tracking.

Not only will you not lose weight, but you’ll actually gain body fat on that day.

Contrast that to a day where you eat an Egg McMuffin for breakfast, McCrispy for lunch, Double quarter pounder for Dinner, and 300g fat free Greek yogurt and 70g blueberries for a pre-bed snack…

You probably wouldn’t feel all that great and have to deal with some serious water…
