Full Day Of Eating To Get Lean

I’ve had a lot of conversations over the years with people who don’t know what to eat on a weight loss diet.

The typical diet of egg whites, oats, chicken, rice, fish, and various potatoes along with fruits and veggies works quite well, however…

It’s hard to stick to for most because it gets boring fast.

And it’s such a drastic lifestyle change compared to more usual food choices, which makes it even harder to make it a habit.

So today I figured I’d share what I typically eat on a diet, which isn’t typical of diets at all.

In fact, it doesn’t even look like I’m dieting whatsoever.

And it doesn’t feel like it either.

But it works, as long as I follow one simple rule:

Control how much I eat.

Oh and of course getting enough protein, which is a whole lot less than most people think too.
