Getting In Shape Is Hard… Unless You Do THIS
I’ve talked with hundreds of people about diet and exercise, and one of the most common things I hear from people who struggle is they’re focused on the wrong things.
“I cut out bread and soda”
“I don’t eat red meat”
“I stopped snacking”
While these kinds of things can make a difference, the problem is they’re only a piece of the puzzle.
For example, if you cut out bread and soda but don’t control the rest of your diet and still eat more than your body needs…
You’ll still gain weight.
On top of that, completely restricting certain foods you like creates a mental tension which can result in a major binge fest if you don’t get to the point where you build new eating habits.
The smoother approach is the opposite.
Instead of restricting food types, control overall food intake.
I may not be able to fit 2 McDoubles, a large fry, and a large lemonade in my diet and still hit my protein and calorie goals…
But it’s definitely possible to fit 1 McDouble, a small fry, and a medium lemonade in there when I’m out with my family in these…
