My wife and I moved into a house earlier this year and ever since, I’ve been forced to rapidly learn landscaping to be in compliance with the HOA, because paying for a service just isn’t in the cards quite yet.

So once spring was in full effect and the grass started growing at an obscene rate, we picked up the cheapest cordless electric mower we could find.

And while it kinda worked…

It took at least 3 runs every time I had to mow, because the battery wouldn’t last and the power output was so low it bogged down even on normal height grass.

Less than 2 months later, the mower couldn’t keep up and died out completely this past week.

Fortunately, we got a refund for it and just yesterday picked up a new one.

The results from the new mower was insane…

The battery was only 70% charged and I was able to mow our entire quarter acre lot in one go.

And since it had a higher power output, there was no bogging down and the entire process went so smoothly.

Sure, it was double the price of the last one…

But the peace of mind and the ridiculous amount of time I’ll save this summer will…
