Hate Cardio But Want To Get In Shape? Try This

There’s no doubt cardio is good for you, but it’s not the end all be all of getting in great shape.

To be frank, not even close.

And if you don’t like doing cardio, fortunately there are a few things you can do that don’t take much time but will have a major impact on your results down the road.

The first thing you can do doesn’t seem like much…

Many people will scoff at what I say.

But what I’ve found from working at gyms and having conversations is most people aren’t even reaching my minimum recommendation on a daily basis.

The second thing you can do also sounds simple, but will change the way you look for the better much more than doing cardio, at least in my experience.

And the third thing?

Well once you get this down…

It’s not only a game changer.

It’s a life changer.
