There’s not enough motivational videos with hardstyle music in the world to overcome this simple truth:
After a while, doing this whole fitness thing can become boring:
- Eating similar meals day after day
- Hitting similar workouts week after week
- Doing your regular cardio, whether walking or otherwise
But boring is okay.
Boring works.
And the funny part is if you do the boring things long enough, they end up getting you some exciting results.
