Here’s How To Never Struggle With Losing Weight Again

If I had to boil down all the successful eating habits and exercise programs into one word that leads to results, it’s this:

Sustainability.

The tricky part is what’s sustainable for one person may not be sustainable for another.

For example, I know guy who built a great community on X who wasn’t able to get steady results until he started doing low carb, and now he’s lean and jacked at 60 years old!

On the other hand, I’ve talked to several people who had no luck when it came to that approach.

The difference between success and failure with low carb?

1. Understanding the right approach because you can’t just cut out carbs and call it a day
2. Eating foods you enjoy every day so you can actually stick to it

The same thing goes for training, because some people can hit the weights 5 days per week every week with ease…

While others can barely hit the gym a few times per year, and only if the stars align.

The difference here is also 2 things:

1. Finding a cadence that works for you
2. Finding a program you actually like
