How Black Coffee Saves Me 98,550 Calories Per Year
Most people don’t know this about me, but I didn’t always drink black coffee despite putting it in my social media bio like it’s some kind of personality type.
And I didn’t really start drinking any kind of coffee until the tail end of high school, but when I finally got around to it…
I would get medium caramel iced coffees with extra cream and extra sugar.
Delicious and nutritious…
…if nutritious meant tons of sugar, caffeine, and a decent bit of dietary fat.
Either way, it was sitting around 270 calories and I would have one of these nearly every day.
And sometimes I would get a large which would be even more calories.
For the sake of example, let’s just say I averaged those 270 calories of liquid dessert every day:
270 x 365 days = 98,550 calories.
That’s not even considering any other calorie laden drinks like soda or alcohol either…
