How Do I Figure Out How Much To Eat?
One of the trickiest things when you’re getting started with dieting is figuring out exactly how much you need to eat.
It’s not one of those things you can simply guess.
And it’s really difficult to find a balance where you’re able to lose weight, but not eating so little that you’re starving all the time.
Unless…
…you know at least 1 of the 3 ways I’m about to share.
The first way is the most simple:
Take your goal bodyweight in pounds and multiply that by 15.
Then subtract 500 and you have your daily calorie goal.
It’s the least accurate way, but it can absolutely get you started on the right foot without spending much time thinking about it.
The next way is a bit less simple but more accurate.
You can use a TDEE calulator online which is a bit more specific to your height, weight, age, activity, etc.
You get that number and do the same subtracting of 500 to get your daily calories.
Like I said, this way is more accurate but the only hangup is figuring out which activity level is the right one for you.
