How Does A Busy Dad Of 2 Find Time To Exercise?
It ain’t easy being a busy dad with all the things I have to take care of these days:
- Making money and managing finances
- Giving my wife and kids a good life
- Taking care of our dog and 3 cats
- Maintaining the house and lawn
- Getting clients results and growing the biz
These are just some of the broad categories, let alone all the fine details that go along with it.
Oh and I gotta eat right and exercise too… right?
Let me be incredibly clear here…
Absolutely zero percent of all this is a complaint in any way.
I’m grateful to have all the responsibilities I do.
But admittedly, exercise is close to last on the list in terms of priority despite being a weight loss coach.
In fact, I used to train late at night after the whole day was done and my wife and kids went to bed.
That worked until it didn’t…
Now I train in the morning after my body wakes up a bit, and everything is going so much better this way.
