How I Fit Working Out Into A Busy Schedule
Usually Sunday is the day people tend to rest, recover, and plan the week ahead.
But not me.
Somehow I’ve made Sunday my busiest day and have a whole list of things I gotta do, like:
-Enjoy a fat cup of black coffee
-Send my daily email
-Record a podcast
-Start recording a new vlog
-Take a walk with my family
-Hit a leg day workout
-Dive into the tech sales certification course I’m studying
-Participate in the tech sales course weekly meeting
-Get to bed by 10pm
All while eating good meals to support my goals.
(Side note: I recently discovered I developed a wheat allergy at 33 years old, which makes my diet both simple and more complicated lol)
Anyway…
If you look back to that list, you’ll notice I have a leg day in there.
With a day like this, there’s no time to do some kind of marathon workout with 3–5 sets of 6–7 exercises…
So I’ll be doing what I would normally do even if I had an open schedule.
