How I Get Predictable Fitness Results
If there’s one thing I know about getting in shape, it’s that it’s all about planning.
Planning your diet.
Planning your workouts.
Planning for the chaos of life.
Sure, there was a time years back when I had zero responsibilities and could put all my free time and effort into diet and training…
And during that time, rapidly changing how I looked was near effortless by comparison to today because I had so much free time back then.
So nowadays, planning is 10 times more important due to my crazy work schedule, building an online fitness biz, and helping Martha take care of our amazing daughters in the little time I have left.
(working hard to free up time for my future self and family)
Even then, I’m still able to predict my results quite accurately.
I know I can hit my calorie goal 80% of the time.
I know I can hit 2–3 workouts per week.
And as a result, I know I can get results at 80% of the speed of what I could back in the day.
Essentially meaning it takes a little bit longer, but that’s perfectly okay.
Why?
