How I Got Myself Hooked On Diet And Training
When I first got started with diet and training back in 2012, I had a high level of intention and resolve to make it work.
I found a plan that made sense to me and just ran with it.
It may not have been the perfect plan, but it was a plan nonetheless and it was enough to get me started.
It was also enough to get me hooked on eating right and working out all because of this one simple thing:
I got a quick win.
Within weeks, I noticed the scale going down considerably.
I noticed myself looking a tiny bit better in the mirror.
And I noticed this whole diet and exercise thing getting easier than it was on day 1.
It was awesome, and my motivation was at an all time high at that point in my life.
And by the time I was able to see my abs for the first time in my life months later…
I knew I could never go back.
Never give up. Never surrender.
Galaxy Quest quotes aside, one of the biggest reasons I share all the insights I do is because I want to help other people get hooked on diet and training the same way I did.
