How I Help My Online Weight Loss Coaching Clients Get In Shape
I’ve had a handful of messages over the last week or so asking about how my coaching program actually works, which means I need to update my website asap…
But in the meantime, I’ll share my step by step process on how it all works and how I got a recent client up and running quickly.
Let’s break it down right now:
Step 1: Creating the initial plan and solidifying goals
The very first thing I do is send you a form to get all the details I need to put together your plan, such as age, height, weight, and gender, as well as information about your day job, hobbies, daily average step count, food preferences, and available workout equipment for the sole purpose of putting together your initial program.
Then we schedule a call or a chat to go over the plan and solidify your fitness goals over the 3 month program.
I’ll also send you access to the app I use to send your workouts, as well as help you set up MyFitnessPal so you have everything you need to get up and running fast.
