How My Workouts Went This Week As A Busy Dad
One thing I’ve been meaning to do is document my workouts better.
Even though I have been posting them in Instagram Reels and Stories and occasionally mentioning them on my daily fitness newsletter, it’s kinda all over the place.
And so I woke up and decided today is the day I’m going to put together a YouTube video talking about my workouts, what my current goal is with them, and take you along that process as I progress.
My current goal?
Get as strong as possible on the standing barbell overhead press.
