How Small Wins Add Up Big On Your Fitness Journey

Getting in shape isn’t about losing 50 pounds fast or getting super jacked by this time next week…

It’s all about stacking small wins on a daily and weekly basis.

I totally understand not wanting to wait to get the results you want, because we all know the amount of time and effort it takes to achieve anything worthwhile.

But instead of worrying so much about the end goal which can be stressful to the mind…

Focus on the small wins you can achieve each day.

Because those seemingly small actions will eventually lead to your much bigger desired result.

Here’s what I mean:

Want to lose the weight?

Hit your daily calorie goal and stay as active as reasonably possible.

Those actions add up big over time.

Want to build strength and muscle?

Push for more reps or weight each workout and improve your exercise technique every week.

Those actions add up big over time.

It’s less about what you do at any given moment, and more about collecting as many moments of you following the plan as possible.
