How To Actually Make Progress With Diet And Training

One of the core fundamentals of my fitness methods is adopting a progression mindset so you can take back control of your mind and body to lose weight, look better, feel better, and move better.

It doesn’t matter if you’ve been working out and dieting for years or haven’t touched a weight before…

The key to getting the results you want is getting better over time.

Better at putting together meals that fit your calorie needs.

Better at performing exercises that help you build muscle in the places you want to build it.

Better at staying consistent with your nutrition and exercise.

And getting better at getting better.

For example, if you’re able to workout 5 days per week for 2 months before falling off…

Getting on a routine you can stick to for a year is an improvement, even if you’re only working out twice per week.

More consistency means…

Less soreness, more strength, more muscle, and more mental clarity, even if it’s not the most scientifically optimal program out there.
