Ever since I started working out at home midway through last year, I’ve been in my own little bubble in terms of working out and dieting…

But word on the street, so-to-speak, is the gyms are already starting to get back to being quieter again and it’s only halfway through January.

So if you’ve noticed yourself falling off, becoming less consistent, or haven’t even started yet this year…

There are a few things you can do to avoid becoming a typical resolutioner so you can get the results you want in 2024.

1. Follow A Reasonable Workout Plan

Having worked in gyms for over 4 years, I have a bit more insight on the minds of people starting a routine…

Most people bite off way more than they can chew.

What I mean is this:

It’s almost a shock to the body and mind when you go from not working out often to hitting the gym 5 days per week.

While there is some merit to going all-in and scheduling a consistent workout schedule, especially one that follows a typical workweek…

It’s really tough to keep up with such a dramatic lifestyle change, considering chaos…
