How To Build An Emergency Diet Food Plan

In an ideal world, you’d have all your meals planned out in advance so you don’t have to spend time each day wondering what to eat so you can stay on track with your diet.

But if you’re working 50+ hour work weeks, building an online business on the side, and have 2 children under 3 years old… things can get tricky.

(oddly specific, but we’ll keep going)

For example, last night I happened to cook the perfect amount of dinner for my wife Martha, my toddler, and myself leaving nothing to bring to work with me today.

And since this morning I have double the travel time to work at a different work location, I don’t have time to prep a meal.

So what do I do?

I follow my emergency diet food plan which I’ll lay out here:

Step 1: Identify High Protein Options

Since nearly every fast food place besides Chick-Fil-A stopped serving a grilled chicken sandwich here in the Midwest which was the classic option, we’ll have to find out a decent alternative.

Some of my best options are:

-Chipotle bowls
-Qdoba bowls
-Arby’s Greek Gyro
-Taco Bell Power Bowls
-Roast beef subs
