I should know, I’ve done it for years now and it’s been great.
The only problem is that sometimes it’s hard to get her to hit a workout with you, and the more you try, the harder it gets.
So today, I’m going to share exactly how to convince your girlfriend or wife to lift weights with you.
Step 1: Lift by yourself
The most important thing you can do is hit the gym on your own for quite a while before even bringing up the idea.
If you’re not already lifting, she might get this weird feeling that you need her to go with you to motivate yourself.
That’s no good, so start going on your own first if you’re not already.
And it’s even better if you can get some visible results from working out for a few months or so.
At that point, she might even ask to join you, which would be perfect.
If not, move on to the next step.
