How To Craft Your Own Fitness Success Story
Ever notice how a lot of movies seem to follow the exact same formula?
- Introduction
- Rising action
- Climax
- Resolution
It’s used so often because it works to the tune of billions of dollars and lives changed because of it.
But despite the similar formula, each movie tells a different story or at the very least feels a bit different.
Getting in shape also has a formula:
Calorie deficit + resistance training + cardio = fitness success.
Where this can vary from person to person is in the details.
For diet, you could do low carb, carnivore, vegan, Mediterranean, or my 10 minute per day diet method.
For resistance training, you could do calisthenics, strength training, bodybuilding training, or a mix of all 3.
For cardio, you could do machines, sports and physical hobbies, or simply walk more.
Any combination of these can work as long as they follow the formula.
And you stick with them long enough.
