How To Create Your Own Fat Loss Plan

Not only does no one start off as an expert in fitness, it’s almost as if the current world we live in is designed to make it harder than it has to be.

This becomes even more apparent when all the so-called diet experts have strongly-held opinions and they all seem to differ from each other.

This is partly why you don’t see me recommending meal plans or specific foods to eat aside from sharing some of my favorites, and the only reason I give you structured workouts in my program is for the sake of simplicity…

But the real reason is because there are no rules, only principles to follow.

Which leads me to this:

Fitness is one of the few things where it’s actually practical to learn said principles, because when you do your eyes open up to a whole new way of thinking about food and exercise.

And it can happen quite quickly too.

For example, when my wife and I met back in 2019 she had always wanted to go to the gym but was afraid of gaining too much muscle because not only is that still a commonly held belief for whatever reason, that belief was affirmed by a couple people she talked to.
