How To Deal With Hunger At Night When You’re On A Diet
If you’re on a diet and you feel a bit more hungry than normal, that’s okay because it means it’s working.
But if you’re constantly hungry, especially at night…
Then there are a handful of things to address to make sure you’re not doing this whole diet thing on hard mode for no reason.

5 Ways To Reduce Or Eliminate Hunger On A Diet:
1. Take note of your protein and fiber intake across the whole day — Usually 120g protein total and 10–15g fiber per 1000 calories are good benchmarks which can help with feeling way more full
2. Double check your overall hydration — Water is important of course, but also magnesium, calcium, potassium, sodium, etc through foods or otherwise. Sometimes hunger is actually thirst, but not all the time.
