How To Diet If You’ve Never Dieted Before

I see way too many people bite off more than they can chew, both literally and figuratively.

(the former being a big part of why I post so much content)

Which makes their fitness journey so much harder than it has to be.

So today I’m going to share a few insights to help you start dieting even if you’ve never done a diet before.

Let’s get right into it:

1. Start Small Then Focus On Improving

Even if you simply replace sugar rich soda with water, black coffee, or diet soda, you’re headed in the right direction.

Even if you just replace chicken tenders with chicken tenderloins, you’re headed in the right direction.

Even if you replace candy and snacks with absolutely nothing because you realize you don’t need them, you’re headed in the right direction.

Start small then improve.
