How To Diet When You Have No Time To Cook

If you’re worried you won’t be able to get in shape because you work a lot or don’t have any time to cook…

…then you’re in luck because there is a way to see considerable, steady progress even if you never step foot in a kitchen again.

This won’t be easy, and at times will feel downright impossible with all the tempations of delicious high calorie, easily fattening foods out there.

But it’s more than doable.

I mean hey… that Jared guy ate a bunch of Subway and lost a ton of weight and I’m sure he wasn’t making those aluminum filled sandwiches himself…

…not that I’m suggesting to take any advice from someone like that…

Anyway…

As of writing this, I haven’t had a proper home cooked meal in weeks and I’m still able to stay in shape.

Here’s how this works:

First off, I highly recommend downloading the free version of MyFitnessPal because this is the key to getting results with this anti-kitchen diet.

After you update your stats and goals, track every single bite of food you eat and sip of drink you have.

But it goes deeper than just that.
