This is going to be the biggest impact move you can make, because once you get control of your eating, you can completely control how your body looks at will.
From there, you’re going to track everything you consume on a daily basis.
Food, drink, condiment, supplement, etc.
In the beginning, it might seem like a pain to do this every day…
