How To Get In Your Best Shape Yet In 2024

Getting in shape is no easy feat, otherwise everyone would do it, but there are some things you can do to make the process a whole lot more surefire and it has little to do with eating and working out.

Sure, you gotta do those two things and you gotta do them well…

But even the best diet and training program in the world means nothing without what I’m about to share today.

Here’s what I mean:

1. It’s Not The “What” Or The “How” It’s The “Why”

One of the biggest problems with fitness is finding motivation, which is exactly why fitness motivation social media pages do so well.

Everyone knows you need to be consistent with your program, but even then… many struggle to show up every day.

Or in our case, even 3 days per week.

That’s because you need to remind yourself of why you wanted to get in shape in the first place.

For me, I never wanted to be called fat again… so I did everything I could to ensure that wouldn’t happen again.

And guess what…

It never happened again.
