How To Get Interesting Results From Boring Workouts
Recently got a question from a member of my Fitness Inner Circle community:
“Is it okay to use the same exercises pretty much every week?
I workout from home and I’m kinda limited on stuff… like I can’t do much with cables but I can do quite a bit with dumbbells and benching etc. I’m just making sure that I can still make gains off it”
This is a great question because social media might have you thinking you need to do all kinds of innovative exercise variations in order to make progress.
The Truth Behind Exercise Variety
If you only did the following 6 kinds of exercises for the rest of your life, you’d be able to make consistent, significant strength and muscle gains:
-Squat
-Bench
-Row
-Deadlift
-Shoulder Press
-Chinups/Pulldowns
