One of the toughest things to do on your fitness journey is adjust to a new diet.
You’re so used to eating a certain way for so long…
But since you’re tired of what it’s been doing to your body…
You make a change.
After eating less for a day or two, your body starts sending you all these strong hunger signals in a way it wasn’t before, and your natural inclination is to find any food to eat to satisfy said signal.
This is what I’ve now decided to call “the diet hump”
It’s perfectly normal and to be expected.
Because if you resist and keep hitting your daily calorie goal, your body will adapt and realize it’s still going to get food…
Just not quite as much.
But resisting is the tough part, so how can you get through it?
There are a few things you can do:
