How To Get Rid Of Love Handles (The Brutal Truth)

One of the hardest spots to lose fat for so many people (myself included) is around the hips and lower back, aka love handles.

But fortunately I’m not here to tell you do do sit ups, side planks, or Russian twists…

In fact, I’m not going to suggest any exercises at all to specifically get rid of love handles.

Because that’s not how it works.

The brutal truth about getting rid of love handles is it comes down to diet.

But it’s not about eating specific foods either.

The only way to get a tighter, leaner midsection is by lowering overall body fat.

Here’s what to do:

Figure out how many calories you need to eat per day to lose 1 pound per week.

You can use something like MyFitnessPal or a TDEE calculator online to get a good starting point.

Then you’ll want to make sure you’re eating at least 120g of protein per day.
