How To Get Your Info Product Business In Great Shape
A big part of my life has been fitness and working out, not just for myself but I was also a gym manager, personal trainer, and online coach.
One of the biggest things I’ve learned from all that is getting results takes time.
A lot of time.
Way longer than anyone would ever like.
The crazy part is the concepts to getting in shape are pretty simple:
Eat the right amount of food for your body to support your goal, and get stronger in the gym over time.
But the fact that you can eat well and exercise for months and still have a long way to go is disheartening for many.
No surprise people give up.
Before I decided to take it seriously, I would be that person to go to the gym for 2 weeks then never show up again.
Don’t even get me started on diet either…
But then one fateful day in 2012 when my grandma came by to visit and called me fat, I decided to actually do it.
I tracked my calories like a mad scientist and hit the gym every single day (except, admittedly, for a 10 day beach vacation) for 8 months straight.
