How To Keep Your Fitness Journey Going When You Feel Stuck
Ever have one of those moments where it feels like no matter what you do, something’s just not working?
Same here.
It’s perfectly normal.
For example, I’ve been stuck at around 160–162lbs trying to push to 158lbs and my body just doesn’t want to get there.
Or so it seems…
But looking back, there were a lot of days where I simply ate too much.
Not quite enough to gain weight, but not the right amount to lose weight either.
Most aren’t willing to be this honest.
Especially since I’m working to position myself as someone who knows a thing or two about diet and training.
And I do.
But I can also relate to the difficulty of trying to get lean when your wife is pregnant and wants to eat only the most delicious foods under the sun.
Culinary temptation is everywhere at this stage in my life.
Its taken an extreme amount of willpower to stick to the plan.
Despite that, I think I did quite well because I look a whole lot better than I did a few months ago.
