How To Quit Quitting Your Diet And Exercise Routine
As a dad with 2 kids under 3 years old who works 60+ hours per week and recently moved into a new house, there are a million and one things I could be doing instead of working out and controlling my diet.
Namely, building the IKEA furniture I’ve been putting off, but I don’t know anyone who wouldn’t feel the same way about it…
And yet, I’ve been able to stick with my diet and training program consistently enough to make progress.
So I figured I’d share some insights on how to quit quitting your diet and exercise routine so you can get results, even if life is super busy.
1. Make It As Simple As Possible
There’s nothing wrong with following a more specific diet plan like Mediterranean, Paleo, Low Carb, or anything like that if you want to.
But if you don’t want to, you don’t have to.
As long as you’re managing your calories and protein intake and notice your body weight trending in the direction you want it to each week, then you’re good to go.
