How To Research Fitness Supplements In 2 Minutes

It’s crazy to me how many supplements have been sold as the fix to all your fitness problems, because it couldn’t be further from the truth.

But that doesn’t mean they don’t have their uses.

Here’s how to spend 2 minutes or less figuring out if a supplement is worth your time and money:

  1. Head on over to Examine.com
  2. Type your supplement in question in the search box.
  3. Scroll down a little bit and click the Examine Database button.
  4. Search for the desired outcome said supplement is supposed to provide.
  5. See the grade, evidence, and effect for that outcome.

And if it’s not at least a C, a few hundred participants, and a small effect…

Then it’s probably not worth it for that particular desired result.

The interesting part?

You’ll quickly find out there are very few supplements that do much of anything for your fitness journey.

This isn’t to say there is no benefit to certain supplements…
