How To Start A Sustainable Fitness Habit In 7 Days
It’s no secret the way to get in shape is to eat right and exercise for a long time, but if you’ve been struggling to get into a routine of any kind, then this is for you.
It’s the same thing I did when I first got started which led me to still doing this whole fitness game over 12 years later.
The cool part?
This is so simple, even a caveman could do it although a caveman probably did this for survival’s sake anyway.
Let’s get right into it:
The first thing to do is learn how food works
The way we’ll do this for the next 7 days is to download and use MyFitnessPal.
Don’t worry about goals.
Don’t worry about dropping any weight.
Don’t worry about changing your eating habits yet…
Simply track everything you normally consume for a whole week.
Food, drinks, condiments, candy, even alcohol.
You don’t even have to be 100% perfect, but try to get as close as you can to what makes sense.
The whole point of this is to build a habit of calorie tracking, and we’ll refine the process and get better later.
