How To Use Discontent To Get In Shape Faster

We’re currently in an age where no one wants to accidentally or intentionally offend anyone, so instead of people telling others how it really is…

They’ll say things like:

“Oh you look fine the way you are”

And that can really mess with a lot of people.

If you’re unhappy with how you look and hear this message enough times, you’ll start to wonder if it’s even all that important to get in shape.

All these other people seem to be fine, right?

But here’s the thing:

Not only is it okay to be dissatisfied with how you look…

You can use that discontent to drive action to improve.

For example, last year I got to my leanest physique yet but due to training with too light of weight for me, I lost some muscle in the process.

So over the last several months, I’ve been eating to gain weight and build muscle because I wasn’t thrilled about it.

And now that I’ve had some heavier weight to lift, it’s made a big impact in a short period of time and I’m still just getting started on the rebuild.
