I Challenge You To Do THIS To Dramatically Improve Your Fitness And Your Physique
Let’s be real here: Even though we’re 5 days into the second half of the year, November and December aren’t really known to be good dieting months.
With all the holiday gatherings, copious amounts of delicious food and deserts around, and the colder weather…
We really only have less than 4 months to focus on getting in shape before it gets harder for everyone.
So my challenge to you is this:
Start taking your diet and training as seriously as possible now and see what you can do between now and November 1st.
Download MyFitnessPal, set your calorie and protein goals, and track everything you eat if you aren’t already.
Get on a good workout program and aim to improve with every single session.
Ramp up your daily average step count now before it gets tougher to do so.
If you do this right, you should be able to lose anywhere between 15–30 pounds, build a noticeable amount of muscle, and feel dramatically better.
